- How does D 2 Don works? The chore of doing the shopping is completely eliminated. These pre-packaged boxes are pre-loaded with foodstuff such as spam, corned beef, cereal, coffee, ensure drink and much more. They are ready for shipment and delivery. The box comes in 17x14x17 approximately 30 to 40 kilos.

- Do you arrange the delivery? We take care of the delivery to its destination so you don't have to worry about other arrangements. The delivery charges are included in the price.
- What are options? These are selection of merchandise available during certain occasions that is added with your order. Options cannot be order as a stand-alone item.
- How does an options works? Each time you order a pre-packaged box, you can add-on these options. A maximum of two (2) options per box.
- How long does it take for delivery? Normal delivery time is less than 15 days.
- What happens when there is a problem in the delivery? The company will make its own investigation and take remedial action within 15 days either to adjust your account or a replacement box is shipped whichever the customer decides.
